I'm a huge fan of T2! I regularly visit their stores to check out their latest teawares and have a taste of their latest brews. More often than not, I will end up leaving with a pretty souvenir, from the experience, to add to my ever-expanding teaware collection. It's very hard to resist :)
At the moment, I'm loving their new jumbo colour block 'jumbled' cups and saucers!
I'm also loving the intricate geometric patterns in their bright and colourful Casbah collection. Wouldn't it be lovely to have a modern Moroccan-inspired tea party with all these beauties?
Oh, and their Bling Coasters are pretty lovely too!
It's Friday so I'm guessing everyone's in a pretty festive mood right? ;-)
Have a happy weekend peeps!

Thought sharing this might be a festive way to kick-off the week! Pretty wooden bunting by Cubbylove. Such a cute name too, doncha think?
See all their other colourful goodies in their shop.

So, I disappeared a bit last week. Sorry about that folks! My new Pomodoro timer app still works a treat but at some point, for whatever the reason, the wheels fell off my whole 'getting organised' mission. Just so you know, I've been working on these babies! It's my latest post for Oh Happy Day. You can grab them here.
If you've been following Eat Drink Chic recently you'll probably have noticed that gift tags are a bit of an obsession of mine at the moment. I think it's because they're like cute little works of art. Simple in concept, practical and also an opportunity to explore all kinds of 'graphicky' goodness!
Inspired partly by the colourwheel and partly by these awesome Pie Chart Stickies from Present and Correct, I set out to design gift tags in a similar vein. Above is what I came up with!
I recently used one of these tags to embellish a friend's birthday gift packaging. I also cut out little semi circles from some gold stickers to decorate the wrap. And just in case you're curious as to what was inside the package- it was a copy of The Hand Book and a set of nail art brushes which I picked up from Lulu.
Tackling some nail art has been on the bucket list for awhile, so I actually bought a copy of both the book and brushes for myself and for my friend! Of course, if I'm feeling lazy (a strong possibility), I might pop round to Trophy Wife Nail Art and just get them done for me. So many inspiring designs...

Bottom left: Bonbon Balloons- these are simply awesome.
Bottom right: Neon fabric bonbons by Wholehearted Studio- A lovely blog, by the way.
For our Australia Day BBQ back in Jan, I put together this little Ice-Cream Sundae bar. (Yes, I am obsessed with Sundae bars.) It is now a permanent fixture in our home.
It may appear to be intended for small children but no, it, in fact, catered for full-grown adults. All of the objects I've used to style it are part of my own collection because, basically, I am a large child. This table design is totally a manifestion of my colourful, eclectic and exceedingly infantile mind.
And yes, perhaps including a pic of Audrey Hepburn these days is a tad cliché, but I don't care, she's awesome. (It was a toss up between her and Audrey Tautou.)
Oh and, by the way, if you ever plan to use plastic amber bottle dispensers for your toppings, don't get anything too thick- it will be a massive fail :(
I'm so in love with my test tube rack of colourful sprinkles! (I've re-used some old Happy Lab tubes.)
Confetti sprinkles are the bomb.
Happy Easter/Passover weekend everybody! :)
Cloud Napkin holder from Ikea (I use mine as a letter holder on my desk!)
Love the gorgeous colour block pots from Pop Plant.
Lamp from Fenton and Fenton (I liked it so much I bought one for our living room).
This retro style chair from Freedom is definitely on my wishlist.
Red Bird origami patchwork cushion from Kissen Studio.
Yellow Alarm Dock from Areaware (such a clever idea).
Star paper cup from My Little Day.
Recycled Leather Fuchsia Tablet folder from Paper Thinks (I want!!)
Black Heart Wall Flag from Pony Rider.
Pixagon Rug from Fenton and Fenton.
I've been stumbling across lots of inspiring and colourful bits and pieces lately. As a result, here's double the 'Fab Four' fun...

one: hearts and crosses coaster set from pony rider | two: you + me card from sugar paper | three: little heart note cards from anthropologie | four: rainbow gel pens from kikki.K
I'm back! Did you miss me? ;-) I hope everyone had a Happy Halloween!
I'm still putting the finishing touches on the new website design that I promised you, but I hope to push it live early next week! A huge thanks to the hubby for all his hardwork in building it.

Read MoreSo I promised you another 'Bon Appetit' cutlery tag freebie. However, I'm still awaiting those props I ordered. {Sigh}. Crossing my fingers and toes in the hope that they'll arrive next week.
In the meantime, I thought I'd play around with watercolour paints...
These are just a bit of fun and super-easy to do. Using thick watercolour paper (not exceeding 280gsm) I've cut out tag shapes with a craft punch then basically just messed around to see what kinds of pretty and striking colour effects I can make with watercolour paints, (e.g, gradients, colour-blocking, etc.) Nothing fancy, just keeping it simple. I've then used some mini alphabet stamps and coloured inks, to print some messages on them. Voila. Easy as pie.
You can use them to decorate gifts or to add a splash of colour to a table-setting!
Happy Friday! xo

...our next shindig (whenever that may be), so I can show off my tumbler collection!..
... and stir up some Lemonade with orange blossom water. I fell in love with this beautiful drink after tasting it for the first time at Mama Ganoush (a lovely middle eastern restaurant in Windsor). I generally make it whenever we entertain- it's been popular with guests. Awesome with sparkling water, instead of still. Make sure to grab the recipe!
