Summer Floral Gift Tags

On this side of the world we are entering the depths of winter. Cold and Grey. Dark and Rainy. Don't get me wrong it's not all bad. 'Tis the season of hot chocolate, toasty warm fireplaces and blanket snuggles. But I still prefer the summertime. I miss the sunshine.
Inspired by the enviable weather in the opposite hemisphere and some vintage floral fabric designs, I've created these summer-themed gift tags which I'm sharing with you all. Bright and cheerful, I've personally found these designs uplifting during this dreary season.
Regardless of whether you're actually heading into summer or you're simply dreaming about it you might find these little tags come in handy for decorating homemade drinks, gift packages, wedding favours, bunches of flowers... whatever you can imagine.
Please read the Guidelines for Use at the bottom of this article before downloading the above file. The PDF provided contains three colour versions of the tag with summer-themed messages, including "Sun-drenched Days and Starlit Nights" quoted from a book by Gooseberry Patch.
Print the design onto thick white, textured card. Use a scalpel to cut out then use a small round hole punch in the center of the solid coloured circle.
Alternatively, I've also provided floral tags without any text. These are customisable so that you can create your own little message. The font I've used for this is Traveling Typewriter and it's available for free here. Download and install the font, use a word processing program to type out your message, print onto white paper then use a scalpel to cut out your message and stick onto the tag with glue or double-sided tape.
